The Jingda Tools and Measuring Instruments Co. Ltd which is located in Botou, Hebei province was founded in 1979 with the former name of Jiaohe Foundry. It has now become a middle-sized local heavy machine building enterprise covering the land of 14 thousand square meters among which there are 9.5 thousand square meters of construction area.
